Why I Do What I Do
At Sea Rae Wellness, I believe that health is not just the absence of disease, but a state of complete physical, mental, and social wellbeing. I started coaching to help women achieve optimal health and wellness using a holistic approach to nutrition, movement, and habit change.
As women we have a habit of starving ourselves and feeding others. I am here to empower women who are stuck in a freeze state to shake free and embrace their appetite for themselves again. To dare to feed your body and your mind to feel whole from the inside out.
